The newly renovated Brunnenhof residence, is one of Lech\'s most exciting new developments. This beautiful six-story building is located near to the centre of the charming village of Lech. The views from this balcony are outstanding, you have a view across the village and towards the mountains in the distance. There are a further two of the twin/double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms and access to the balcony that looks across to the slopes behind.

Brunnenhof 12 is ideally located only a ten-minute walk from the centre of the village and a six-minute walk from the nearest lift, that will take you up and onto the slopes within minutes. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.

The apartment has one parking space.
