2. If the resort is closed or due to government restrictions on travel due to Covid-19 and the clients cannot travel to the property a full refund will be provided to the client.

TOP 1 – our biggest apartment. This deluxe apartment has three bedrooms with separate bathrooms – two with a shower and one with a shower and a corner bathtub. In addition, Top1 has a large living room with cozy lounge furniture. A fully equipped eat-in kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and 4 flat screen TVs round out the deal.
Special highlight: sweeping outdoor terraces with a view of Hochgurgl/Obergurgl, and a panoramic outdoor sauna a couple steps away.

The TOP 2 penthouse welcomes its guests with a comfy, loft-style living space. An open kitchen with a reclaimed-wood lounger and a cozy swing seat will help you relax after a day of skiing. The penthouse has three bedrooms with separate bathrooms. A fully equipped eat-in kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and 4 flat screen TVs round out the deal.
Special highlight: the master bedroom has a free-standing bathtub with a view of Sölden's ski slopes and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl.

The duplex penthouse has two levels. The large living room with a framed lounger and a cozy swing seat offers great views of Sölden and the ski slopes. In addition to large balconies and terraces, it has three bedrooms with separate bathrooms. A fully equipped eat-in kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and 4 flat screen TVs, including a jumbo flat screen in the living room, round out the deal.
Especially cool: since the TOP 3 penthouse has two levels, it is ideal for finding peace and quiet. With a free-standing bathtub and an internal stairway connecting it to the rest of the apartment, the large, comfortable bedroom is a hideaway within a hideaway. Perfect for parents traveling with older children or for couples vacationing together.

The ideal place to let go of it all: our panoramic sky sauna.
A few steps across the snow-covered lawn are all that separate you from our outdoor sauna. To give you the perfect view all the way up to Obergurgl/Hochgurgl from inside the sauna, we've placed it specially on a raised platform.
