1. Free cancelation prior to the 1st of September 2020 due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions with immediate return of any funds paid to the clients.
2. If the resort is closed or due to government restrictions on travel due to Covid-19 and the clients cannot travel to the property a full refund will be provided to the client.

The new luxury Chalet Culm is located directly on the majestic ski slope, just a short walk from the vibrant center. The beautifully restored old wooden roof beams and charming parlour ceilings give three exquisite luxury apartments a unique and inviting character.
Each of our exclusive holiday apartments accommodates 6 to 8 guests, and the spacious wellness area is available for complete relaxation. To ensure your stay at the enchanting Chalet Marmotta Culm is as comfortable as possible, we provide two underground parking spaces per apartment.
Additionally, two of luxurious apartments are equipped with inviting fireplaces, creating the perfect atmosphere for unforgettable evenings and inspiring conversations by the flickering fire.
