2. If the resort is closed or due to government restrictions on travel due to Covid-19 and the clients cannot travel to the property a full refund will be provided to the client.

The luxury Chalet Valerie is peacefully situated below Reith bei Kitzbühel, with a view over the golf club. The chalet has a cosy and modern yet typically Tyrolean design.

The attractive chalet can accommodate up to 10 guests and features a fireplace, private wellness area and balcony. There are three parking spaces next to the chalet for your use.
Surface: 325 m2, spread over 2 levels. 6-10 pers. Only 3 km away from the center of Kitzbühel, situated in an exclusive neighbourhood. The alpine designed intrerior is combined with Tyrolean Art and all kinds of high-tech facilities. Including a.o. multiple flat screen TV's, a BOSE music centre and high-speed internet. The chalet has a perfect view on the Golf course (in winter: langlauf and polo). All 5 bedrooms are connected to private bathrooms. The chalet has a private spa area with a Finnish sauna, a diving basin and a relaxation room.
