Ski-In Ski-Out in Kitzbühel at the foot of the Hahnenkamm with the world famous Streif downhill run. Located only 50 meters next to the Hahnenkamm cable car valley station and 5 minutes walk to the historic center of Kitzbühel.
Walk to the ski lifts, boutiques, restaurants, cultural and sports facilities in Kitzbühel in just 3 minutes.
The chalet is furnished in upscale country style and has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021 with great attention to detail. Special highlight is the open living-dining area with the old wood exposed roof truss. Whose special flair is crowned with a breathtaking view of the Streif.
The dining area flows openly into the living area with additional 2 sleeping places. Equipped with a 75 inch flatscreen TV of the latest generation, 3 tiled stoves, a rustic oak plank floor and the breathtaking panoramic glass front to the ski meadow, this room is rightly the highlight of our chalet.
The two master bedrooms each have 18 square meters and feature a new 180 x 200 cm box spring bed. Further, each bedroom is equipped with a 55 inch flatscreen TV of the latest generation. Both bedrooms are equipped with noble wooden floor.
The large adventure bath offers a generous rain shower, double vanity and oak plank flooring with underfloor heating.
Make yourself at home. Our fully equipped designer kitchen with 2 dining table areas leaves nothing to be desired. It offers of course a refrigerator, freezer, oven and cooktops, as well as cutlery, crockery and accessories. So your cooking is taken care of.
For those arriving with a larger entourage, our couch in the living room can be folded out into a comfortable double bed. On request and for an additional charge, we can also offer you extra bed.
50 Meter from the chalet you have the possibility to use the paid parking spaces of the Hahnenkammbahn valley station (outside) as well as the paid underground parking spaces of the congress center K3. These are about 70 meters away on foot. Please do not use the carports. These are reserved for the owners of the main building.
In your own ski storage room, which is comfortably accessible via a wide staircase, you have enough storage space for your skis, snowboards or toboggans. Clean and warmly stowed, for the next adventure on the slopes.
The beautifully landscaped garden welcomes you in summer with lush green of a top maintained lawn, quaint gravel paths and a large trampoline with safety net for the little jumpers. Through the garden gate you have private access to the ski meadow. In winter as in summer, small seating niches with an unobstructed view of the world-famous Hahnenkamm invite you to linger. If the sun tickles too much, the sun-red awning can be extended and should it get fresh in the evening, light a fire in our fire bowl on the terrace.
